Emily looks like she is ready to eat. She may be waiting for a while. Her pediatrician has recommended with my history of allergies to wait to start food for as long as possible. So for now she can just enjoy playing in her new chair.

Baby it's Cold Outside
Nate, Emily and I have been holed up in the house this weekend. The temperatures have been dangerously cold. Since it was unsafe to take Emily out in the cold, we decided to play inside.

Emily received this sweatshirt from her Grandpa H. I guess he's hoping for another racing buddy. I am sure she will be headed for Knoxville soon enough.

Rolling Over!
She did it! Emily decided it was time for some new scenery. Nate and I were doing tummy time with her. She started squirming around and soon enough she had gone from her stomach to her back. She had quite the grin on her face as she smiled back at the two of us who were understandably very excited. Pretty soon she will be crawling all over the place. Our dogs better watch out!
Emily's Doctor Visit
Emily had her 4 month check up on Friday. It's so hard to believe it has been 4 months already. She is growing and changing everyday. At her appointment she weighed 13 pounds 8 1/2 ounces and measured 23 inches long. She seemed to handle her shots better this time. I wish the same could be said for me!
